I've been here for three days and I have to say that, for the price, my room is more than adequate. There are (at minimum) 2 excellent coffee shops within walking distance of the Highlander and my room, while admittedly new, has been clean and as quiet as can be expected. Furthermore, the gentleman at the front desk was quite personable when I arrived.

There's rooms are nice. My boyfriend got sick and threw up and they made me take the stuff to the wash house and wash the covers with my own money. I even had to buy the detergent with my own money. On top of everything else they didn't even say thank you.

This place will be closed down someday soon . And they will be without a job. This are horrible people that scamm me for my property when I was trying to access my My room early ? Nobody was at the front desk when she she was supposed to be there, while am ringing the door bell. They ignored me on purpose. They kept very expensive thing that I had , what hurted the most was my son's pad He was asking for his pad later and broke my heart , things that were of sintemenal value. when I came later to check in for the second time the cleaning lady was cleaning inside the room. And the most expensive items were gone. My kids pad is what hurts the most. I didn't care about my personal items. Please do me a favor public and look for a different hotel. She threatened to to call the police if you start making a theatrical scene. And who wouldn't when there stealing your property? ( note: she had no explanation for the missing big items that were missing) she threatened to call the cops when asked about my personal items.

I was actually very impressed with this Motel. The rooms were immaculate, nice showers, bed was hecka comfortable, and the grounds were clean. Huge TV and a mini fridge. I have no complaints in this place. Definitely recommend this facility!

The rooms are tidy and no carpet. Beautiful faux wood. Clean and smelled lovely. The workers were polite and congenial.

Loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly which was very welcoming since we came from out of the country. The rooms were clean, tidy and very well priced! The housekeeper was so sweet and easy to talk to, very attentive. We were able to walk around the neighbourhood and make use of the nearby laundromat. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit !

I had the opportunity to stay here through a program the VA referred me too in order to get have temporary housing while we explore other options. The motel is run by what appears to be a family. They all work together, each taking different shifts in order to better assist their guests 24/7. They were always on top of whatever there was facing them that day. I ended up staying here just under 60 days and it went by in the blink of an eye. The property has amazing views of the hills that overlook Oakland and SF. You can even look at the Temple located on Temple Hill. At night the views are amazing.

The room looked clean when you dirst walk in. But as you look deeper into the room you finda Nasty bathtub and dirty sheets on the bed. Nice presentation glad I didn't come in drunk on a late night.
